ShangDao Implementation -
Systems of a Continuous Learning Team
Create unity in the workplace, with everyone forging ahead together as one.
Problems faced:
▪ Employees simply do what they are told without putting their hearts into it
▪ Discipline is not strictly enforced; however, if systems are too strict, they
likely to be rejected by employees
▪ Turnover rate is too high, leaders are at a loss as to how they can increase
the level of loyalty and how to make it attractive for talent to stay on in the
company
▪ Employees are unwilling to go for training to improve, and even if they are
made to attend, the results are not lasting
